Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre - $1000.00 CASH GIVE AWAY

How to Enter:

There are two alternative ways to enter the Contest:

1.Obtain a Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre Sticker at 3355 Sunridge Way NE, Calgary, Alberta T1Y 7H5. Purchase of one (1) admission is necessary. In the case of annual pass holders, the purchase of one (1) admission is necessary.  

2.Obtain a Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre Sticker at one of our sponsors’ locations. Sponsors’ names and locations will be announced from time to time during the course of this Contest. Purchase may or may not be necessary when the sticker is obtained at one of our sponsors’ locations.

Upon obtaining a Stir Crazy family Fun Centre Sticker, it is to be placed on the upper or lower left side of a motor vehicle rear (back) window. A photograph must be taken showing the sticker on the motor vehicle as stated, along with clear view of the legally registered Alberta licence plate of the stated motor vehicle. The photograph must then be submitted to info@stircrazy.ca along with the registered owner of the motor vehicle’s contact information. Submissions to info@stircrazy.ca can be made beginning at 10:00 a.m. M.S.T. on October 28, 2011 and ending at 4:00 p.m. on January 31, 2012. Entry extensions may be permitted by Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre in conjunction with further sticker contesting promotion taking place after the entry deadline date of 4:00 pm on January 31, 2012. Regardless of how the Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre Sticker is obtained, there is a limit of one (1) entry per registered owner of a motor vehicle. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are reproduced, falsified, incomplete, illegible, altered, damaged or tampered with in any way. There will be no additional entry should an entrant have more than one (1) sticker on a motor vehicle.

Eligible Entries:

All eligible entries (from a list of emailed photographs to info@stircrazy.ca demonstrating that the sticker has been placed on the upper or lower left side of a motor vehicle rear window along with the licence plate of the motor vehicle) will be entered into the random prize draw which will occur on May 28, 2012 at the office of Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre in Calgary at approximately 10:00 a.m. MST. One eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received. Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in the form acceptable to Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre - including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification.

The selected entrant will be announced and contacted on May 28, 2012 and will have seven (7) days after being contacted to claim the prize. Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre or its designated representative will make a maximum of three (3) attempts to contact the selected entrant (using only the information provided at the time of entry). If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) attempts or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then the selected entrant will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the prize) and Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new selected entrant).

Before being declared a confirmed winner, the selected entrant must bring the selected motor vehicle shown in the submitted photograph to Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre along with proper identification of the eligible entrant as the registered owner of the motor vehicle, have the sticker inspected on the rear window of the selected motor vehicle and correctly answer a skill testing question. Failure to perform any of the stated requirements to become a confirmed winner will result in disqualification. Placement of the Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre sticker on your motor vehicle implies consent to have your license plate information disclosed to the staff at Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre. Furthermore, acceptance of the prize will automatically be considered to be a release of Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre, its sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the prize or any portion thereof. Further, the confirmed winner agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet, at Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre’s sole discretion.

General Provisions:

Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre assumes NO responsibility for misplacement of the prize, or any damages caused by a Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre sticker. Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre assumes no responsibility in regard to the submission of photographs or in the redemption of the prize and/or liability in claiming the prize. Further, and without limitation, Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre assumes no responsibility for entries lost, late, misdirected, containing inaccurate information or delayed for any reason. Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to any failure or technical malfunction of the telephone network, on-line computer systems of equipment, servers, access providers, software, poor reception, technical problems, and failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause.  Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre Contest rules and prizes may change at any time, at Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre’s sole discretion, and without prior notice. Contest open only to residents of the Province of Alberta, Canada, must be 18 years of age or older as of October 28, 2011 and must be the registered owner of the motor vehicle that is entered in this Contest. Employees of Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or agents and sponsors, and the employee’s household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter the Contest. Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. M.S.T. on October 28, 2011 and ends at 4:00 p.m. on April 28, 2012.

All entries become the property of Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decision of Stir Crazy Family Fun Centre with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries and/or entrants.
